#MeToo Breaks Up All India Bakchod

With the sexual allegations against AIB: All India Bakchod and their founders Tanmay Bhatt and Gursimran Khamba, the duo have stepped away from the much famous AIB group. This comes in the wake of the recent #MeToo movement re-started by actress Tanushree Dutta last week.

According to reports, the victim (name withheld) has accused Gursimran Khamba for harassing her and Tanmay Bhatt too has fallen prey to this movement. With immediate effect, Tanmay Bhatt has moved out from AIB and shall not be involved in any of the day-to-day activities of the group.

On the other hand, Gursimran Khamba has been put on temporary absence. The other two founders, Ashish Shakya and Rohan Joshi are most likely to step up and continue the duties. Though Gursimran Khamba’s involvement is due to the allegations put up by the victim, the involvement of Tanmay Bhatt seems to be in a different case pertaining to another stand-up comedian Utsav Chakraborthy. Utsav has been named by another victim for harassing her and according to reports, the issue was conveyed to Tanmay Bhatt but no action was taken by him.

This All India Bakchod has definitely got hit by the All India Movement of #MeToo!
